Britte Koppel

Britte Koppel is an associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions and competition law, while also working in areas such as economic law, dispute resolution, energy and environmental law, state law, public procurement, and EU law.

In 2024, Britte began her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu, where her research focuses on tort liability for omissions.

She has gained diverse experience through internships at law firms, a ministry, and a start-up accelerator, and has actively contributed to legal student initiatives as Marketing Director of ELSA Estonia and Vice President of STEP. From 2024 to 2026, Britte served on the board of the Estonian Young Lawyers’ Association. Starting in autumn 2026, Britte will teach seminars on non-contractual obligations at the University of Tartu.

Outside of work, she enjoys singing and is a member of the TEGOS band in Estonia – reflecting her energetic and lively spirit.
