August Kukk

August Kukk is a lawyer with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He advises clients mainly on corporate and transactional matters, with a particular interest in the private equity, venture capital and defence sectors.

August holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Tartu and is continuing his studies at master’s level. Before joining TEGOS, he gained practical experience at several leading Estonian law firms.
