Elena Mickevičienė

Elena Mickevičienė is an Associate Partner, Attorney-at-Law, the Head of the Corporate Specialisation Group, and one of the Co-Heads of the ESG Specialisation Group.

Elena is an experienced corporate law professional with over 15 years of experience advising business clients in Lithuania. She counsels clients on all aspects of corporate governance, legal structuring, and day-to-day corporate matters, with a particular focus on the structuring of complex corporate groups and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her expertise also extends to ESG and sustainability, where she supports companies in integrating responsible business principles into their legal and governance frameworks.

Prior to joining TEGOS, Elena led the State Aid team at Invest Lithuania, where she played a significant role in attracting international companies to the Lithuanian market. Today, she is a trusted advisor to both local and international clients seeking practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Outside her professional practice, Elena is a passionate runner who values discipline and endurance, a keen surfer drawn to challenge and adaptability, and an avid reader.
