Karolina Kasciukevičiūtė

Karolina Kasciukevičiūtė is a Senior Associate whose legal practice covers Funds & Investment Services, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Banking and Finance, and crypto-asset regulation.

A significant part of her work is structuring investment funds, where she assists clients in setting up the fund and coordinating with the Bank of Lithuania and investors. She also supports financial institutions with their legal needs related to licensing, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.

Karolina has been involved in key transactions within the financial industry. She has contributed to acquisitions of financial institutions by helping clients get the necessary approvals from the Bank of Lithuania. In the area of digital assets, she assisted in the successful process of obtaining a license for a crypto-asset service provider in Lithuania.
