Marleen Abel

Marleen Abel is an associate specialising in dispute resolution. She has several years of experience within the judicial system, having previously served as an adviser at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia.

Marleen’s firsthand experience in the court system provides her with a clear and strategic understanding of civil litigation, which strengthens her ability to represent clients in complex, high-value disputes. She has represented clients in various investment disputes and has a particular interest in insolvency law.

Marleen holds a master’s degree from the University of Tartu and has also studied at the University of Vienna. Her active nature and incisive thinking are valued by both colleagues and clients. Outside of work, Marleen enjoys playing tennis.
