Ingeri-Helena Kakko is a senior associate specialising in M&A transactions and real estate. She advises clients throughout all stages of M&A deals, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing closing and post-closing processes.

Ingeri-Helena has been involved in a wide range of share and asset transactions, helping clients navigate deals smoothly and confidently.

Beyond her transactional work, Ingeri-Helena has participated in both national and international moot court competitions. Her academic achievements include recognition from the Estonian Ministry of Justice for her research on the application of foreign law in Estonian courts.
