Anet Jaks

Anet Jaks is a dispute resolution expert with a focus on commercial arbitration, civil procedure, and international disputes. She has extensive experience in resolving contract, construction, bankruptcy, family, and financial supervision disputes.

Specialising in international commercial arbitration, Anet has represented clients in both international arbitration courts and civil courts in high-stakes disputes, including those involving construction, insolvency, and joint property division. She also has expertise in international financial instruments and financial supervision.

Anet holds a degree in international commercial arbitration from Stockholm University and has lectured on the subject at the University of Tartu. She is founder and a member of Estonian Arbitration Association and she is a former member of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
