She supports the team by drafting transaction-related documentation, conducting legal research, and contributing to legal due diligence processes—particularly in matters concerning corporate structure, shareholdings, and ongoing or potential disputes.

In her free time, Ramilė enjoys reading, playing tennis, and travelling, activities that balance focus and energy and complement her work in the fast-paced M&A environment.
