Marijus Kriščiūnas is a Partner, Attorney-at-Law, and Head of the Tax Specialisation Group.

With over 25 years of experience in tax advisory and sales, Marijus has built an excellent track record of success.

His professional journey includes structuring one of the largest Lithuanian private company groups and advising on the divestment of shareholding in one of the country’s major enterprises.

Marijus regularly provides expert guidance on day-to-day tax matters to inbound investors and leading Lithuanian businesses. His tax expertise encompasses transaction structuring, holding and financing companies, employee stock option plans, and tax due diligence.

Marijus’ expertise in tax is recognised by leading international legal directories such as Chambers Europe (Band 3), Legal 500 (Next Generation Partner) and ITR World Tax.

In addition, Marijus has served as a Board member in companies across Lithuania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, and the Netherlands for the past 14 years.
