Loreta Antanaitienė is a tax expert with more than 25 years of experience in tax consulting and administration, including deep expertise in tax audits and disputes.

Before joining TEGOS, she headed the Control Organisation Division of the State Tax Authorities, bringing invaluable insight into the workings of tax enforcement and compliance.

Loreta has successfully represented a wide range of clients – from trade, manufacturing, and real estate development to public catering, construction companies, and individuals- in complex tax disputes and investigative procedures.

More recently, she has been actively involved in numerous tax due diligence projects and regularly advises on tax-related matters within broader legal due diligence processes. Her practical experience and strategic perspective make her a trusted advisor in resolving high-stakes tax matters.
