Dr. Lina Darulienė is a Partner, Attorney-at-Law, and Co-Head of the EU, Competition, and Regulatory Specialisation Group.
Recognised by international legal directories, she is widely regarded as one of Lithuania’s leading experts in competition law, with over 25 years of professional experience. Since 2003, Lina has been instrumental in building and leading the firm’s competition law practice, consistently advising clients in complex and high-profile investigations conducted by the Competition Council.
Her experience spans the full lifecycle of competition proceedings – from strategic preparation and guidance during dawn raids, to assisting with inspections and challenging Competition Council decisions before administrative courts. Lina advises on all key areas of competition law, including prohibited restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, state aid, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, she has unique experience in handling competition-related civil disputes, offering clients a rare blend of regulatory expertise and litigation insight. Her strategic thinking and depth of knowledge make her a trusted advisor in both preventive counselling and contentious proceedings.
Outside the office, Lina enjoys pottery, ceramic art, and exploring the world on motorcycle trips.
