Justina Dovydaitė

Justina Dovydaitė is the firm’s Knowledge Manager, bringing nearly two decades of experience in finance and strategic operations.

Since 2006, she has worked as a Financier, recently transitioning into knowledge management to support efficiency, innovation, and seamless collaboration across the team.

In her role, Justina develops and implements legal knowledge strategies, ensuring that internal expertise is well-organised, easily accessible, and effectively used to support client service and operational excellence. Colleagues consistently value her meticulous approach, team-oriented mindset, and ability to craft practical solutions.

Outside the office, Justina finds inspiration in theatre, museums, sewing, crafts, and playing badminton.
