Urtė Pūkaitė

Urtė Pūkaitė is a Junior Associate in the Corporate Law and Capital Markets practice group. She supports both local and international clients in drafting corporate documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in corporate procedures related to corporate governance.

Urtė also brings experience in real estate law, particularly within renewable energy and regulatory compliance, and has a strong interest in ESG matters. She expands her knowledge outside of work and has done so through specialised programmes, including the Harvard CopyrightX course (2021) and the “Breaking into the Finance World: Private Equity and Venture Capital” programme (2024).

Beyond work, Urtė enjoys travelling, nature, and the theatre. Urtė also has a keen interest in history and politics, which she explores to deepen her global perspective.
