Neda Upertaitė

Neda Upertaitė is a Legal Assistant in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. She assists lawyers with preparing and reviewing transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence.

Neda is currently studying at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. Combining academic knowledge with practical experience, she continues to develop her expertise in business law and strengthen her legal skills.
