Patrikas Tamašauskas is a Legal Assistant specialising in dispute resolution. His primary responsibilities include analysing case law and legislation, conducting legal research, drafting procedural documents, and supporting the team in handling various civil law matters.
He is also a member of the firm’s insolvency team, where he participates in the analysis of legal issues related to corporate insolvency, conducts case law research, and contributes to the preparation of legal articles and professional publications.
Patrikas is currently pursuing a degree at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, where he actively deepens his knowledge of civil law and civil procedure. In his academic work, he values not only a strong theoretical understanding of the law but also the ability to assess complex legal issues systematically and practically, develop well-reasoned legal arguments, and identify solutions that can be effectively applied in practice.
