TGS Baltic represents the state real estate company Valsts nekustamie īpašumi (State Real Estate), the manager of the state owned real estates, with respect to the fire which occurred on 21 June in the residence of the President of the State – the Riga Castle during the reconstruction and renovation work.
The representation includes insurance, construction, loss compensation, PR and other issues resulting and related to the fire and its consequences.
The value of the renovation and reconstruction works is approx. EUR 32,854,332. Recently the most serious fire case in Latvia, on which attention of the society is focused.
