TGS Baltic together with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP successfully represented Financial and Capital Market Commission on behalf of the Republic of Latvia in relation to a claim brought by Bryn Services Ltd versus the Republic of Latvia under the Agreement between Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Swiss Federal Council for the Promotion and Protection of Investments of 22 December 1992 at the International Arbitration Court proceedings.
