TGS Baltic is a key legal advisor for Lithuanian subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline, a science-led global healthcare company. We advised Client on a Pan-Baltic level in a project related to development of internal public procurement policies, ebracing the best practices for various corporate and public procurement issues, including but not limited to protection of confidencial information, fair competition and proper participation in tender produres and etc. These policies reflected boath national regulation and case law, as well as the case law of the European Court of Justice and provisions of the EU public procurement directives.
