TGS counselled the client with regard to preparation for implementation of the new Labour Code and formation of a Work Council. Also, TGS counsels the client on various employment law matters (such as employee remuneration issues, conclusion of non-competition and confidentiality agreements, introduction of part-time work, incentives, redundancy, compensation for business trips, etc.).
