The energy company Nelja Energia, through UAB 4 Energia, as a subsidiary of the Estonian energy company in Lithuania, is the largest producer of wind power in the country. After implementation of the project in Šilutė district, Nelja Energia already owns five wind farms in Lithuania with the total capacity of 139 MW. Together with a new park in Šilutė district, the company’s parks will produce 430 GWh of electricity every year and will satisfy more than 4% the country’s annual electricity demand.
