We advised OTB Ventures and Speedinvest, two of Europe’s leading venture capital investors, which co-led investment into Kevin., which secured $10 million of new capital in a seed funding round. This is the largest seed funding round in the Baltics and one of the largest in Europe.
Kevin., a Lithuanian-based account-to-account payment startup, will use raised funds to build out the product suite and expand into new markets.
Other companies joining the funding round were OpenOcean, Javier Perez’s Global PayTech Ventures, and high net worth individuals, including AmRest founder Henry McGovern.
Partner Aurimas Pauliukevičius and Associate Julija Eymirlioglu advised the client on all legal issues related to the investment.
