TGS Baltic advised S.A. Elemental Holding in acquisition of 99.8% of EMP recycling shares. The final transaction value was EUR 3.5 million.

The investor is Elemental Holding – a leading Polish group operating in the recycling and recyclable material trading industry and a top supplier of recyclable material for metalworks and foundries all over the country.
