TGS Baltic supported the fund manager from its inception to its final closing on various matters, including structuring, negotiations with institutional investors, implementing sustainability due diligence and other policies to support the fund’s operations, and obtaining authorization from the Bank of Lithuania to operate as a regulated fund.
The fund is an impact fund that takes a collaborative, hands-on, founders-first approach. It focuses on backing the boldest and most ambitious climate entrepreneurs across Europe and Israel.
The fund has attracted EUR 100 million from over 65 investors, including Allianz, KfW, PFR, Korys, Molten, Grantham Foundation, and the founders of Vinted and Wix.com. The final closing was completed in December 2023.
