Attorney-at-Law Chirag Mody successfully represented an Estonian real-estate developer in a complex dispute against a building contractor.
The voluminous dispute included seven technical expert opinions and application of twelve witness statements. After two years of adjudication of the dispute by Harju County Court, the parties reached an amicable compromise regulating all issues of the dispute and ending the dispute.
