TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) has been engaged by Estonian origin real estate developer Invego OU in relation to their rapid expansion in Latvia.
TEGOS provided and continues to provide legal assistance in a number of real property acquisitions (through asset and share deals) in Latvia. Below are listed the most notable assignments, each of them in fact may be considered significant in the Latvia context.
- We provided full transactional support for the acquisition of 4 land plots at Miera Street, in the historical centre of Riga city and the protection zone of UNESCO World Cultural Heritage for the construction of new apartment buildings. Currently, we are assisting in the development stage.
- We commenced transactional support for acquiring a unique and exclusive land plot at Zakusalas. Now the transaction is completed, and we are currently assisting in the development stage, including with architectural competition.
- Full scope transactional support in acquiring a number of land plots for multi-apartment residential build-up in Adazi – a rapidly developing area close to Riga (capital of Latvia) popular with young families with children.
