TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) successfully advised SmartCap Green Fund on their participation in the Fusebox investment round.
Estonian start-up Fusebox, a leading provider of agility solutions in the Baltic States, has raised 2.6 MEUR in investment for its European expansion. The investment round was led by Soulmates Ventures, with participation from SmartCap and existing shareholders Eneco Ventures and PKO Bank.
TEGOS advised the client during the entire transaction, from reviewing and implementing the legal due diligence findings of the lead investor until negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and closing of the investment into Fusebox.
