TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) advised OneMed OÜ, a company belonging to the Asker Healthcare Group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in ITAK OÜ, a leading provider of mobility and personal assistive equipment in Estonia.
ITAK offers a wide range of mobility aids, personal care items and medical devices to patients and care providers through 22 service centers across Estonia and online. The company employs 67 people and generated revenue exceeding EUR 8 million in 2024.
Asker Healthcare Group is a European healthcare group supporting caregivers and patients with effective and sustainable medical solutions. The group comprises over 4,000 employees in 17 countries and generates revenues of approximately SEK 16 billion.
TEGOS provided full legal support throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising on merger control clearance. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.
