TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) advised the venture capital fund Inventure on leading the financing round by which EUR 11.6 million was raised for the startup Jobbatical, which provides relocation and immigration services for international companies.
TEGOS advised the client during the entire transaction, from carrying out legal due diligence concerning Jobbatical to negotiating and drafting transaction documents and closing the investment. TEGOS team included senior associates Mirko Kikkamägi, Maris Alt and Mari-Liis Orav and was supported by partner Sander Kärson.
The enterprise Jobbatical, which originally engaged in international employment mediation, but changed its profile in 2020, has just closed a EUR 11.6 million funding round to expand to thirty new countries over the next two years and make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight.
Jobbatical’s rapid growth has attracted investments from venture capital companies across the Nordics, the Baltics, the US and Switzerland.
