The round was led by the well-known Nordic VC fund Lifeline Ventures, with participation from leading Estonian investors OÜ Notorious and Lemonade Stand OÜ.
TEGOS team – Mirko Kikkamägi, Priit Lätt, Indrek Ergma and Grete Kruustük supported the client throughout the entire transaction process. This included assisting with the lead investor’s due diligence, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents, and guiding the client through to a successful closing.
In addition to the core transactional support, TEGOS also advised Soldera on corporate and intellectual property matters to ensure a smooth and efficient investment process.
