TEGOS advised defence industry conglomerate EFA Group on its strategic investment into Wayren

TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) advised EFA Group, a leading conglomerate producing high-tech products for the defence and security industry on entering into a strategic investment agreement with Wayren, an Estonian DefenceTech startup developing innovative communications system for the soldier of the future.

The parties’ goal is to jointly develop next-generation high-tech systems that connect soldiers and equipment into an integrated situational awareness solution.

TEGOS advised the client during the entire transaction, from carrying out the legal due diligence until negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents and closing of the investment into Wayren. Furthermore, TGS Baltic advised the client on other aspects of the investment, providing advice on the parameters for the subsequent sale of products deriving from this investment.

EFA GROUP is a global aerospace, security, defence, and industrial cooperation group headquartered in Athens.
