TEGOS team advised the client on the transfer of Tallinn Dental Clinic in the form of an asset deal transaction, through which the company was transferred from the existing foundation to a subsidiary of Tallinn Hospital AS.
As a result of the transaction, the Tallinn Hospital group now brings together Tallinn’s largest healthcare institutions – East Tallinn Central Hospital, West Tallinn Central Hospital, and now also Tallinn Dental Clinic as one of the largest providers of dental services in Tallinn.
As part of the transaction, Tallinn Dental Clinic’s operating license, all company assets, more than 200 healthcare professionals (including approximately 60 dentists), and contracts with the Health Insurance Fund were transferred.
