Superhero Capital, a Helsinki-based venture capital firm, alongside other investors Iron Wolf Capital, Operator Stack, Specialist VC, FirstPick, NGL Ventures, and Loggerhead Partners, has invested in Vilnius-based Copla, a European RegTech startup building real-time compliance infrastructure for regulated financial services, as part of its €6 million Series A round.
Copla will use the Series A funding to enhance its platform with features such as Copla Bridge, which allows partners and multi-entity organizations to manage compliance from a single view.
The investment will also support hiring across technical and commercial teams and enable the company to expand its presence beyond Europe, reaching more regulated financial services providers.
