TEGOS advised and represented client in connection with the deregistration of aircraft from the Estonian Aircraft Register and the successful repossession of the aircraft.
We also assisted the client with the aircraft’s registration in a new jurisdiction, including obtaining the necessary certificates, confirmations, and other required documentation from the Estonian Transport Administration. The matter involved complex cross-border aviation law issues and regulatory coordination.
We continue to advise and represent the client as a creditor in insolvency proceedings related to the Nordica group, including the bankruptcy proceedings of OÜ Regional Jet, helping to protect the client’s interests in the claims process.
