TGS Baltic assists insolvent BAB bankas Snoras in selling the former headquarters of Krājbanka at 15 Jāņa Daliņa street, Riga, and historical building in Doma Square at 23 Pils street, Latvia, via auctions organised by Colliers International.
The former headquarters of Krājbanka is a Class A office building, which is in a good technical condition and is located in a rapidly developing area with a potential to become a business centre of Riga. Historical building in Doma Square is a multi-functional space with a unique location that may be kept as an office building or transformed into a hotel.
