Rimi Baltic Group has acquired Pärnu Retail Property Development OÜ, the company owning a retail property in Pärnu. This strategic investment further strengthens the group’s real estate portfolio across the Baltics.
The transaction was structured as a share acquisition from PREF III, a Lithuanian fund managed by Prosperus Asset Management. The acquired retail property is anchored by a Rimi supermarket and is also home to well-known tenants including PEPCO, CityAlko, Apotheka, and PetCity.
TEGOS advised Rimi Baltic Group throughout the entire transaction – from structuring the deal and conducting the legal due diligence (LDD) to drafting the transaction documents, leading negotiations, and securing merger clearance from the Estonian Competition Authority.
