Healthcare services provider Meliva Lietuva, part of the Finnish healthcare group Mehiläinen, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Lithuanian dental clinic network Clinic DPC.
This acquisition represents a deliberate and strategically aligned step for Meliva Lietuva, aimed at strengthening the accessibility and continuity of comprehensive dental care services both in Lithuania’s major cities and across the regions. The partnership creates significant opportunities, as the integration of a highly qualified team of dental specialists will enable regional communities to benefit from high‑quality, end‑to‑end dental services at all stages of treatment – from preventive check‑ups to complex smile restoration solutions.
The transaction will be finalised subject to obtaining clearance for the concentration from the Competition Council.
The Clinic DPC network comprises 13 dental clinics across Lithuania, providing a full range of modern oral health, prosthetic, and surgical services with a strong focus on treatment quality.
Meliva Lietuva has been systematically developing its dental services since 2020. Today, these services are offered through family clinics across Lithuania, specialised dental clinics in Vilnius, Panevėžys, and Klaipėda, as well as premium‑segment clinics in Vilnius and Kaunas.
