TEGOS advised EG Sports Holding, represented by former professional tennis player Ernests Gulbis, on the structuring, establishment and capitalisation of SIA EG Tennis Center, an investment vehicle created for the development, ownership and operation of real estate assets in Latvia.
The total investment in the project amounts to 13 million euros. The building’s total interior floor area is 9,195 m², while the terraces and balconies provide an additional 284 m² of outdoor space for the convenience of athletes and visitors.
The project centres on the development of a modern tennis/padel and sports infrastructure complex in Latvia, combining sports, recreational and commercial facilities.

TEGOS advised on the structuring of the investment and ownership framework, establishment of the project company, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance matters, capital increase transactions and shareholder financing mechanisms required for the implementation of the project.
The mandate further included ongoing advice on ownership and governance matters to facilitate the long-term development and expansion of the project.
