TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) assisted MS Galleon GmbH, an investment company, in securing merger control clearances in Estonia and Lithuania for the acquisition of CORAB S.A., a leading Polish manufacturer of photovoltaic systems and distributor of devices of renowned brands. This acquisition marks an important step in MS Galleon Group strategic growth path.
This cross-border transaction required antitrust clearances from multiple European jurisdictions, including UOKiK (Poland’s competition authority) and its counterparts in Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, and Bulgaria.
