TGS Baltic attorneys successfully represented AS Pasažieru vilciens as the public service provider in the Public Procurement Monitoring Bureau in relation to selection of candidates, also interpretation of the tender documents and possibilities to amend after the announcement, in a closed competition one of the largest public procurement procedures in Latvia (approx. contract value EUR 611 millions).
