The firm’s M&A team lead by Partner Ants Mailend and Senior Associate Sander Kärson advised the shareholders of Baltic Mobility, Europcar master franchise holder in the Baltics, in selling its shares to an Estonian transportation group Hansa Grupp.
As a result of the transaction, Hansa Group will be one of the biggest short-term rental companies in the Baltic States and the market leader in Estonia.
