TEGOS successfully advised Delux Holding OÜ, a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of premium-quality beds, mattresses, nightstands, pillows, and duvets, in the acquisition of Mivar-Viva AS, a prominent Estonian producer of home textile products.
TEGOS team, including Karin Marosov, Ingeri-Helena Kakko, Triinu Järviste, Indrek Ergma, and Mari Anne Rohtla, assisted the client with conducting a legal audit, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating the terms of the deal.
Founded in 1993, Mivar-Viva AS has over 30 years of experience and specializes in producing pillows and duvets. The company’s roots trace back to Viljandi Linavabrik, established in 1912, adding a rich historical heritage to the acquisition.
This transaction strengthens Delux Holding’s position in the home textile sector, complementing its operations in Finland and Estonia, where its primary production facility in Viljandi spans 40,000 m² and employs approximately 200 people.
