Advising BeTritron, a Latvian startup that develops innovative amphibious bicycle campers that blend boating, cycling, and camping into a single versatile vehicle, on all legal aspects involved in raising financing from 150 investors through its equity crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube. As part of this investment, also convertible loan investors converted their investments into shares.
The financing will be used to expand production of three models: the BeTriton Full, BeTriton Trailer, and BeTriton eTrailer. Each model caters to different needs, from premium camping experiences to eco-friendly solar-powered options.
