TEGOS advised Lendurai OÜ, an Estonian dual-use startup developing the autonomous drone capabilities essential to Europe’s technological and strategical independence. The 5.5 MEUR investment round was led by Expeditions Fund, HCVC and Vsquared Ventures.

The company, based in Tallinn, focuses on solving a big problem: making drones that work even when enemies block or jam GPS signals. Lendurai was started by three experienced tech entrepreneurs: Siim Maivel (CEO), Mark Cowan, and Sergii Kharagorgiiev. The founders have previously worked at well-known companies like Bolt (mobility unicorn), Open Cosmos (a space company), and Starship Technologies (delivery robots). Now they’re solving a new kind of challenge.

TEGOS advised the client during the entire transaction, from supporting the investors’ due diligence process to negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents until closing of the transaction
