1 Asset Management, in collaboration with financial advisory firm Baltic Partners and with support from ILTE and ALTUM, has launched the Baltic Capital Markets Acceleration Fund – the first initiative of its kind in the region.
With a target size of over €50 million, the Fund will provide long-term support for Baltic companies preparing for IPOs and help accelerate the growth of local capital markets.
The Fund’s goal is to stimulate the development of the Baltic capital markets by improving access to growth financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and small or innovative mid-cap companies. The Fund will provide financing for pre-listing and listing stage companies operating in the Baltic market through investments in newly issued share capital or bond issuances.
