TEGOS has advised our client, INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund – the leading private equity fund in the Baltics – on the successful acquisition of Pehart Group from Abris Capital Partners.
The transaction with Abris Capital Partners, the independent private equity fund that previously held Pehart Group, was completed on 11th July.
Pehart Group is a key manufacturer of household and industrial paper products in Romania. In 2024, the company reported €165 million in revenue and employs nearly 550 people. Its products are sold in 19 countries, reinforcing its position as a major tissue paper producer in South-East Europe.
With this acquisition, INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund is backing Pehart’s continued expansion and regional leadership. The partnership aims to drive investment in capacity growth, innovation, and strategic acquisitions.
