A leader in the legal community
Imbi Jürgen has been a dedicated member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1997. She joined the board in 2016 and was elected Chairman in 2022. A respected leader, she continues to shape the future of Estonia’s legal community with her expertise and vision.
High school teacher on the side
When he's not practicing law, Erki Fels trades his suit for a classroom, teaching high school students. His real-world legal insights make law courses both engaging and accessible. Whether in court or in front of a whiteboard, his passion for justice and education shines!
Early and bright
Elīza Harjo’s journey started early – first as a summer trainee at TEGOS, then as a legal assistant while earning her law degree. Isn’t it inspiring to wake up every day doing what you’re passionate about, especially when you find that path right at the very beginning?
Loyalty and leadership
Agnese Hartpenga has been with the firm since the last century, embodying loyalty, ambition, and drive for success. Her expertise in energy and dispute resolution led her to a partnership and a seat on the Baltic board. Here, long-term growth isn’t just possible – it’s a natural path.
From student to partner in just 8 years
Agnius Pilipavičius has been with TEGOS for over 20 years, setting an inspiring example with his dedication and work ethic. He started as a student and became a partner in just 8 years – the fastest rise in our history! His journey is a testament to expertise, leadership, and commitment.
From the boardroom to the marathon finish line
Partner Mindaugas Civilka is as dedicated to running as he is to law. In 2025, he completed the Tokyo Marathon in under three hours, earning all six stars of the World Marathon Majors. An ultramarathoner tackling 100+ km, he embodies endurance both in court and on the course.
