The European Investment Fund will serve as the anchor investor. The TGS Baltic team led the structuring of the fund, including establishing metrics to achieve its sustainability goals. Our assistance also encompassed negotiations with institutional investors and securing authorization for the fund from the Bank of Lithuania.
This fund aims to provide much-needed financing solutions for underserved and growing small businesses and small mid-cap companies in the Baltics. It stands out as the first senior private debt fund in the Baltics to receive backing from institutional investors, promoting social and governance characteristics.
