TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) assisted IVC Evidensia in their important strategic move, in integrating one of Estonia’s leading veterinary clinics.
TEGOS successfully advised IVC Evidensia, one of the largest veterinary services providers in Europe and North America, in the acquisition of Tartu Loomakliinik, a prominent Estonian veterinary clinic.
The TEGOS team, comprising Sander Kärson, Marija Toomjõe, Maris Vutt, Helena Kuuse, Anu Kirss, Ingeri Luik-Tamme, and Grete Lind, provided comprehensive legal support throughout the process. This included legal due diligence (LDD), drafting transaction documents, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
This acquisition represents a key milestone for IVC Evidensia, which now operates 7 veterinary clinics in Estonia, further solidifying its position in the local market. The transaction also underscores the ongoing consolidation within the veterinary services sector and enhances the availability of high-quality veterinary care in southern Estonia.
