TGS Baltic advised the shareholder of UAB GATAS on the sale to Saferoad Group.
With this deal, Saferoad and GATAS will form a joint service business strengthening road safety in Scandinavia, Lithuania, Poland and beyond based on the combined know-how of both sides.
The acquisition transaction will be completed when it is approved by the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania and the Commission for Coordination of Protection of Objects of Importance to Ensuring National Security.
UAB GATAS provides road marking, road safety equipment installation and maintenance services in the Lithuanian market since 2008
Saferoad is a road safety supplier in Europe with headquarters in Oslo, Norway, and operating in 13 countries with an underlying revenue of NOK 6.74 billion in 2023.
In this transaction, the TGS Baltic team, led by Marius Matonis and Rūta Tikuišytė, represented the shareholder of UAB GATAS.
