Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions company groups in the Baltics, has made a private placement of an issue of bonds with the nominal value of MEUR 5.7 meant for financing a new transaction in Latvia.
All the bonds of this issue have been acquired by the investment fund INVL Bridge Finance controlled by Mundus.
This transaction enables Civinity to take part in SIA Mobilly share purchase along with the managers of SIA Mobilly, with the aim to acquire 9.99% of the shares in the company. The transaction was finalised by the middle of July this year.
